true! both inside out we have to take care of, good nutrients give us glowing and healthy hair. and comb your hair with conditioner / leave on cream on so your curly hair wont break easily.

yess bcs if we dont eat healthy food then we cant expect our hair to be healthy laa.. cuz i think supplement is also good for our body if we cant manage our diet

absolutely! youre what you eat. only eat supplement when you need it, also use extra product for the hair if we need to fix some problem or hair texture.

safi shayla have leave on cream now?? is it used after or before shampoo? id love to try it either way hahaha. cuz i only do hair mask but sometimes i dont have time for that

ive read somewhere tht if our hairs falls about 150pieces? is normal but if more its quiet a problem. probably you have to watch your lifestyle and food intakes. bcs when we on our period we could be lack of iron something like tht.

yess choosing right shampoo to help your hair and scalp become healthy is important. i do recommend to use safi shayla bcs they are gentle and safe bc they use good ingrediants for the hair.

Anemia is often the cause of brittle hair in women: due to a lack of iron, cellular functions in tissues are suppressed. The scalp also suffers, the structure of the hair changes — and now they are no longer alive and shiny, but very brittle and dry.Curls also deteriorate in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. For example, due to intestinal problems, the absorption of important vitamins and trace elements worsens. And our wise body allocates resources so that first of all they get to vital organs, so hair and nails sometimes get almost nothing. So if you have any problems related to this, you can ask for help from https://www.nwcollege.edu/programs/advanced-aesthetics.

There are many hair products that help with fine hair, but it's difficult to find the right one for your type of hair. Be patient and consult a specialist.

The first step to prevent hair breakage is to find the cause of the problem. It’s known that your diet impacts the growth of your hair, so the lack of iron and zinc might cause hair loss or thin hair. Stress is also linked to hair loss and to conditions such as alopecia. Even over-washing your hair or using hair ties or using heat products can negatively impact your hair. Once you find the cause, it’s easier to look for a solution, because this way, you’ll learn exactly what you need. Luckily, there are many treatment options for hair breakage. You can even get a hair transplant at Nova Medical Hair Transplant Toronto or other clinic closer to your location.
