File archiving software for data storage

I am looking for a service that archives old files to prevent filling up the storage memory. Do you know of any such platforms? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share its name.

Where do you work, what do you need to store a lot of data for? For example, I have been working at a school for 5 years and we decided to digitize everything and now we need to store a whole bunch of documents on the computer somewhere. I had a similar situation myself, the disk was clogged with old files that were not needed every day, but it was a shame to delete them. I started looking for services that automatically archive or upload data to the cloud. By the way, during my searches I accidentally came across KMS auto activator. It's interesting how many tools with different functionality people try to automate.
