I am looking for a service that archives old files to prevent filling up the storage memory. Do you know of any such platforms? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share its name.

Where do you work, what do you need to store a lot of data for? For example, I have been working at a school for 5 years and we decided to digitize everything and now we need to store a whole bunch of documents on the computer somewhere. I have been looking for different platforms with file archiving software for a long time and now we use ShareArchiver.
