Embracing Silence
Meditation is not for everyone, but it's necessary at some point. In Buddhism, meditation is about shifting the mind from chaotic frequencies to regulated frequencies. The mind is responsible for all states, and chanting mantras is a method to achieve harmony, which is to trigger regulated brain wave frequencies. Observing the surroundings will be much easier, if not clearer, once this is achieved. However, what percentage of us are prepared to give up our lives to chanting mantras to achieve a peaceful and harmonious lifestyle?
We all have a mind, just like everything else. The mind is a consciousness pattern that comes from awareness and is referred to as individual consciousness. It is the strongest vibration that other similar frequencies continuously resonate with because of the presence of memory elements. Essentially, the process of becoming connected to consciousness is subject to the manipulation of minds and conditions in a myriad of vibrational frequencies. There would be chaotic frequencies that pervade and transpire through many planes of existence. In contrast, the process of becoming bound to the bare consciousness is a simple affair under uniform frequencies which would infiltrate and transpire on a more restricted basis through resonant frequencies.
In this era of bustling and hustling, it has never been easier to attain a mental state of silence. Spiritual liberation can be achieved through meditation, but without proper guidance, it can deviate from the right paths (走火入魔). Don't worry, there's always a way to self-check before beginning meditation. The first step is to realise that our mind is like a sticky recording tape, constantly chugging along, rewinding, and extrapolating events. The following action involves adopting a mentality that resembles that of silicone. Silicone has certain properties, some of which are listed below: -
No Properties of Silicone Description 1. Chemical Reactivity Generally non-reactive 2. Thermal Conductivity Naturally low thermal conductivity 3. Toxicity Non-toxic when used correctly 4. Water Repellency Highly water-repellent 5. Sealing Ability Superior adhesion to smooth surfaces 6. Resistance to Oxygen, Extremely resistant to degradation by both radiation & oxidation Ozone, and Ultraviolet Light 7. Electrical Conductivity Natural insulator 8. Gas Permeability Highly absorbent to gas molecules 9. Thermal Stability Physical & mechanical properties remain stable across a wide temperature range 10. Organic Solvent Resistance Resistant to most chemical attacks Put succinctly, silence speaks louder than words. Those who have experience in meditating consider silence to be a significant step. If you are mentally prepared, leap. May your liberation be a source of inspiration! 2024-07-03 @ 10:13
