At times like these, I think it's important to consciously take time for yourself and seek out methods to help you re-energize. I've personally had good experiences using SAD therapy lamp. A lack of natural light can have a big impact on your mood, during darker times of the year. Combined with exercise and relaxation such as meditation or yoga, I often feel my mood slowly improve.
