Act on ‘fake news’ against PM, govt, says Dzulkefly

PETALING JAYA: Kuala Selangor MP Dzulkefly Ahmad has urged the police and the attorney-general to act on “fake news” against Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and Pakatan Harapan.

“Daily online attacks aimed at inciting racial and religious tensions towards Anwar and PH are becoming more common.

“The police and attorney-general need to take immediate action,” he said on Twitter.

The former health minister also claimed the online attacks were perpetrated by the “losers of the 15th general election”.
