The 100L single-layer glass reactor is easy to use and easy to operate. It can be moved, operated, cleaned, installed and disassembled by one person, and can perform various stirring reactions. The working principle of the 100L single-layer glass reactor: The single-layer glass reactor directly heats the reactor body through a layer of silver film heating plate, so that the materials in the reactor can be kept at a constant temperature and can be stirred. The material is reacted in the reactor, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. The reaction material is put in the reaction kettle, and the stirring reaction can be done by vacuuming; the external water (oil) bath can be heated by adding water or heating oil; and can control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution, constant pressure feeding and other functions. 1. The power connection must meet the power requirements of this product, and must have a reliable grounding to ensure that the shell of this product has a safe grounding. Glass instruments should avoid impact during transportation, disassembly, cleaning and use. After unpacking, you should first check whether there is any damage. If you find any damage, immediately contact the relevant departments to find out the reasons and negotiate remedies. The company shall not be liable for any damages caused by product defects due to the fault of sales, storage, transportation, assembly and users.
2. For the precious solution, a simulated process experiment should be done first, and when it is confirmed that the equipment can meet the process requirements, it will be transferred to normal use.
3. When evaporating easy, explosive and toxic solutions, users must take corresponding safety protection measures and abide by relevant safety operation regulations.
4. Prevent the electrical parts from being immersed in water and leaking electricity. When installing the conduit (rubber) on the glass parts, the rotating assembly method should be adopted, and the pressing method is prohibited to damage the glass parts.
5. Before the experiment, a simulation plan should be drawn up, and the experiment should be carried out step by step according to the plan. The equipment should be sealed and tested, and then the program test should be carried out after confirmation. The sample should be added slowly when feeding. Pay attention to the reaction state of the material during the experiment. Emergency measures should be taken when necessary. When shutting down, first turn off the vacuum source and low temperature heat source, and then turn off the power supply. Release the vacuum to restore the equipment to normal pressure. Release experimental materials by variety. Clean the equipment for the next use.
