Dr M to blame for PH govt’s failures, says Anwar

PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Harapan chairman Anwar Ibrahim has blamed former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad for the coalition’s failures during its 22 months in power.

According to a Sinar Harian report, the opposition leader said Mahathir’s inability to bring change after PH won the last general election led to discontent among the people.

“Who was leading when PH was in power? Who was prime minister if not Tun Mahathir?

“Without good administration and good governance, the country could not get back on track,” he said at an event in Bayan Lepas.
