It feels like technology moves faster every year - new apps, AI tools, Chiikawa Puzzle and endless notifications fighting for our attention. I love how convenient everything has become, but sometimes it feels like our minds never really get to rest.
I recently tried to take small breaks from screens, no phone during meals, no scrolling before bed, and a short walk outside each day. Surprisingly, it made a big difference in how focused and calm I felt. It reminds me that while tech connects us, it can also quietly drain us if we never disconnect.
How do others manage this balance. Do you set "digital boundaries" or use any habits to stay grounded? How do you keep technology from taking over your downtime?
What's worked (or not worked!) for you? Maybe we can all learn a few tricks to live a little more mindfully in this hyperconnected world.
