Johor Bahru Bersatu chairwoman and her deputy resign

JOHOR BAHRU: Johor Bahru Bersatu’s (women’s wing) permanent chairwoman Masazlina Bachok, her deputy Khairunnisah Ali and six other division committee members have resigned effective last night.

They sent a a letter addressed to Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin, secretary-general Hamzah Zainudin and women’s chief Rina Muhd Harun.

Masazlina, who is also Bersatu women chief for the Taman Abad branch, confirmed the matter when contacted.
