If possible, plan your trips outside those windows. Parking can also be tough after sundown when residents return home. The advice is to use paid parking lots or garages near Dragon Mart and central business areas to save time. RTA’s mParking app lets you pay digitally and sometimes shows free spots nearby. If you rent a car International City offers, you’ll find timing your errands and using parking apps makes life much smoother.
