You can migrate Google Workspace to Office 365 either as a self-service Migration or as a Professional Migration (where you hire a company to facilitate the Migration). You can transfer Gmail using IMAP, you can export your contacts to CSV, and your calendar can be exported as an ICS for import into Outlook. PST files can be created from Google Takeout and imported into Office 365 using the Import Wizard.
