Taking the leap into small business ownership
#1
Hey everyone. I’ve been in a stable job for years, but deep down, I’ve always wanted to try running something of my own. Recently, the idea of a local delivery service for handmade goods has been growing on me. My question is — where do people usually start when they have no formal business background? Any tools or guides you’d recommend for someone totally new to this space?

It’s awesome that you’re thinking of making the jump. I remember being in the same spot — loads of ideas, not enough direction. One site that really changed the game for me was Jupid.com. It’s more than just business setup — it offers detailed guides tailored to different industries, step-by-step help with registration, and even tips on branding. It’s like having a coach walk you through everything without the steep cost.

Threads like this are why I still love forums. I'm also considering a side hustle, and all this input helps normalize how tough those first steps can be. Will definitely check out the site mentioned. Thanks to everyone sharing their experiences.
