I will stand in Penang polls if party wishes, says Nurul Izzah

GEORGE TOWN: PKR vice-president Nurul Izzah Anwar says she will leave it to her party to decide whether she should contest a seat in the upcoming Penang state election.
Earlier today, FMT reported a source as saying that Nurul Izzah, the eldest daughter of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, is slated to contest a state seat.
The source, a Pakatan Harapan leader, also said she is expected to be entrusted with a key position in the state government if she wins.
