Anwar to lay down ‘new rules’ for Cabinet on Monday

IPOH: Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim says he will be laying down some new rules for his Cabinet when they officially meet for the first time.
In a speech in Tambun, Perak, Anwar said the Cabinet will be having a special meeting on Monday.
He said these new rules will include cost-cutting measures.
“Our focus is on economic recovery. We have already restored the confidence of foreign and domestic investors, while the ringgit has also become stronger,” said Anwar.
Earlier, the Pakatan Harapan chairman confirmed that he will be unveiling his Cabinet lineup this evening. It will be broadcast live.
