Afdlin says 222 ballot papers missing in PKR divisional race
PETALING JAYA: Actor-director Afdlin Shauki has claimed that ballot papers were missing when votes were counted at the PKR Setiawangsa division during the party elections last month.
He said the number of physical votes amounted to 750, but only 528 appeared on the election committee’s system.

“There was a significant difference with 222 votes lost just like that,” he said after filing a police report against the PKR election committee yesterday.
Afdlin claimed that the counting of ballot papers was done without the candidates’ representatives present.He also alleged that the committee had appointed the former PKR Setiawangsa secretary as the polling station coordinator and allowed the husband of one of the candidates to work in the polling station during election day.
