Jackson, WY in winters
#4
Jackson Hole in winter really does feel like stepping into a giant snow globe — those mountains have a way of swallowing you whole (in the best possible way). Cozy lodges, steaming breakfasts, and wildlife that casually wanders by like it owns the place… it’s one of those destinations where you immediately slow down and breathe differently.

As for West Coast bus tours, yeah — they’re a great option if you want something easy, scenic, and structured. You can cover a lot of ground without dealing with parking, winter driving, or logistics. When I’m back home dealing with real-life winter responsibilities — the kind where I’m checking things like stratapropertyservices.com for building maintenance and seasonal services — the idea of someone else doing the driving on a trip feels like a dream.

If you’re thinking about combining a winter getaway with a tour, the coastal routes between Vancouver, Seattle, and down toward Oregon or California can be stunning that time of year.

Anyone else here tried one of those tours recently?
