Most sellers do not allow refunds once you buy PTE voucher, as vouchers are considered digital products. That said, some authorised sellers may allow transfers if the voucher is unused. Always check the seller’s refund and replacement policy. If the voucher has not been redeemed, you might be able to pass it to someone else.
