It’s great that your brother is following his passion and starting his own food business. I suggest he should try deep-dish pizza, Italian beef sandwiches, and Chicago-style hot dogs, because these are very popular in Chicago. I also think the West Loop, the Magnificent Mile, and Lincoln Square are some of the best places for him to start his business. Please tell me if he likes my opinion?
