I used to not really be overweight, and my weight wasn’t that high, but my whole body felt soft and kind of shapeless. Now I weigh just a bit less, but I feel way more toned. All thanks to https://madmuscles.com/ and the workout plan I follow. And honestly, I don’t even train that much. I just picked a pace that feels comfortable so I don’t overwork myself.
