I think both Texas Hold’em and Omaha have their own charm but it really depends on what kind of poker experience someone enjoys most. Hold em is great for strategy and reading people since there are fewer cards to think about while Omaha keeps things exciting with more combinations and bigger pots. I have noticed that players who enjoy fast-paced games often lean toward Omaha because theres more action every hand but those who prefer patience and calculation usually stick to Holdem. When we used to play during weekend trips our group would even chat about which one feels more skill based while arranging a luxury van rental for our travels.
