Need advice on safe bio solutions for better recovery

After a few years of lifting, recovery time seems to take longer than before. I’m not bouncing back as quickly, and my energy levels dip during workouts. I’ve seen people mention bio-based recovery enhancers and hormones, but I’m unsure what’s legitimate and what’s not. Anyone with firsthand experience using these products safely and effectively? Any suggestions would be great before I commit to anything.
