Lately, my Microsoft Outlook has been running extremely slow, especially when opening emails or switching folders. I suspect the issue might be due to a large PST file size since it has been growing for years without cleanup. Can anyone confirm if compressing the PST file can help improve Outlook’s performance? If yes, what is the correct way to safely compress a PST file without losing any data? Also, are there any tools or settings within Outlook that make this process easier?
