I’ve recently become interested in Reiki healing and would love to explore it as a way to reduce stress, balance energy, and support overall well-being. Since New York City has so many wellness options, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with where to start.
Has anyone here tried Reiki in NYC and found a practitioner or studio they’d highly recommend? I’m especially looking for a place that feels welcoming to beginners and offers a genuine, healing experience.
