I recently used Softaken IMAP Migration Software to move my Yahoo emails to Office 365; if you wish, you can go with it. In the tool I just typed in the login information for both IMAP accounts, and the software took care of everything else. The bulk migration is supported and SSL encryption preserves all of the emails, attachments, and folders right away without losing any data. With advanced filtering, you could choose which folders to move. All of the formatting and metadata stayed the same during the whole procedure. The interface was easy to use on all windows systems and included clear instructions for each step. The migration was finished much faster than expected, with 100% accuracy. I highly recommend this for moving from Yahoo to Office 365.
