Starting a career in travel nursing – worth it?

Considering a move into travel nursing and feeling a bit unsure where to start. Have some nursing experience but never worked outside my local area. Curious if the transition is difficult, how assignments are found, and whether the pay really offsets the challenges of being on the road.
