I inherited a 12,000 sq ft storefront that needed a complete makeover—from structural tweaks and new storefront glazing to custom millwork and lighting upgrades—while keeping the shop open next door. Coordinating electric, plumbing, carpentry and décor crews on my own turned into nightly panic calls.
