I'm moving and checking out flats for sale in Chandigarh through Reeltor. I'm looking for / would like to live in a safe, quiet neighbourhood that is practical for families. Which sectors would be the best, in terms of security considerations/safety, education/schools, and community living? I'd love to hear some suggestions from locals or those who have recently purchased!
