I’ve always tried to stay consistent with my vitamin D and magnesium because I work indoors all day and can feel the difference when I’m low on those. Lately, I’ve been adding omega-3s and a multi to cover the bases since my diet can be hit-or-miss during busy weeks. I’m not trying to load up on pills, just enough to maintain energy and avoid getting run-down, especially in winter.
