Is a digital notebook worth investing in for students and professionals?

I've been thinking about switching from traditional paper notebooks to a digital solution for better organization and note management. There are so many options out there, and I came across a few models that look promising. Has anyone used a digital notebook, and can you recommend a good one that’s lightweight, has handwriting recognition, and syncs easily with other devices?
