UAE is in construction boom now. And unfortunately, not all the real estate agents are good. At least in my case it was very difficult to choose the right one. They charged a lot for the flat, plus all of them asked for at least 2-month deposit! Can you imagine? When I asked why, they simply shrugged their shoulders and referred to some mythical 'high demand' situation. Well, I was about to give up on the UAE and wanted to move to Bahrain instead, but fortunately my friend found Rently UAE and they have plenty of no-deposit deals! Thank God!
