Carolina Style Mustard Hot Sauce has been given a very interesting twist. The hot sauce with a mustard base and spices gives a bold and tangy taste that is great in BBQs and all sorts of marinades. Sometimes, just to spice things up, I add some ginger garlic paste to the marinade. It makes the sauce taste more complex which goes really great with barbecued meats!
