Set good example, ask son-in-law to return, Muhyiddin told
PETALING JAYA: An Umno leader has urged former prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin to ask his wanted son-in-law, Adlan Berhan, to return to Malaysia after being placed on Interpol’s Red Notice list.
Umno Supreme Council member Puad Zarkashi said Muhyiddin would be “setting a good example” in doing so, adding that Adlan has nothing to fear if he is not in the wrong.
“Muhyiddin should set a good example. Does he still want to become prime minister? Then he should tell his son-in-law to return.
“I challenge Muhyiddin to issue a statement (on Adlan being placed on Interpol’s Red Notice list). Don’t embarrass PN and its ‘caring, clean and stable’ motto,” he said in a Facebook post.
