PH’s vote on Sosma motion has nullified MoU, says Annuar - superadmin - 03-24-2022 KUALA LUMPUR: A federal minister has accused Pakatan Harapan (PH) of violating the memorandum of understanding (MoU) it had with the government after the opposition coalition demanded for a bloc vote on a provision of a controversial law. Communications and multimedia minister Annuar Musa said PH’s action had essentially nullified the MoU, Bernama reported. “In my opinion, because of their actions, the MoU is cancelled. “This is a blessing in disguise as the prime minister can now cancel or suspend the implementation of the MoU,” he said in a Facebook post today, adding: “Suspend the MoU!
