‘Desperate Umno court cluster’ forced Johor polls, says Bersatu man - superadmin - 01-22-2022 PETALING JAYA: Bersatu information chief Wan Saiful Wan Jan believes the decision to call for snap elections in Johor is down to the “court cluster” of Umno VIPs trying to stay in power and divert attention from their court cases. “Perhaps the court cluster is increasingly desperate and feels that the only way to escape being imprisoned is by tearing apart the separation of powers,” he said on Facebook. “I won’t be surprised if Johor will be followed by other states.
