Yes, you can — and that’s exactly what I did when I didn’t want to move my entire GoDaddy mailbox to iCloud. I only needed a few client folders on my Apple devices, but when I tried the manual method, it took too long and kept missing messages.
So I used the DRS GoDaddy Email Backup Tool, and it made selective migration effortless. I signed in with my GoDaddy account, previewed all my folders, and chose only the specific ones I wanted. Then I selected iCloud as the destination and entered my iCloud details.
