Most people try the manual method — saving each email through their browser. I did too, but it quickly became overwhelming, especially when dealing with thousands of messages. The DRS GoDaddy Email Backup Tool offered a smarter approach. It exported all my emails in bulk, kept the folder hierarchy intact, and even allowed me to apply filters by date and subject. I could also preview emails before conversion — something the manual method couldn’t offer.
