Merging several CSV contact files into a single VCF file without losing info? - jamesthompson - 10-13-2025 Hi community, I want to merge several CSV contact files into a single VCF file for easy import. I’ve tried some online converters, but they either fail or drop information. I’m looking for a way to convert CSV to VCF that keeps all details like company, phone numbers, and email intact. It also has to work with all vCard versions and on Windows. Any advice on a reliable approach or steps to prevent errors during conversion would be amazing. RE: Merging several CSV contact files into a single VCF file without losing info? - clarawinslow - 10-13-2025 I had multiple CSV files and needed one VCF. GainTools CSV to vCard Converter made it easy, mapping all fields automatically and keeping names, emails, and phone numbers correct. The CSV to VCF conversion worked smoothly and the output was successfully opened on Outlook and Android. It is supports all Windows versions and vCards 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0. I used the free demo that allowed me to check the conversion before to the complete export. Batch processing saved a lot of time and prevented any contact loss. |
