I've not worn a Timex M79, but as an owner and frequent wearer of the Q Timex I can link vouch for the basic case shape (the M79 is a bit larger than the Q) and the bracelet you see here. The bracelet's clasp opens fully and takes a little bit of getting used to, but once it's a part of your watch wearing rotation, it is immensely gratifying to put on in the morning, especially if you've taken the time to size the wrist-gripping bracelet just right.
