I've been using KMSpico to activate my Windows for the past 3 years and haven't faced any issues. KMSpico is safe, but it really depends on where you download it from. Make sure to get it from a trusted source to avoid malware.

I’ve had luck finding jobs through local Facebook groups and word of mouth. Asking friends or neighbors often gets quicker results than applying through big job sites.

I switched to Pro mainly for the improvements in remote access and group policy, which really help with managing multiple machines at home. To get those features working right, I bought a windows 11 pro key and activated it without any problems.
