Transporting perishable goods in high temperatures abroad - AlexVort - 03-02-2025

I produce Jun Tea, maybe you've heard of it? It's a drink based on green tea with a special colony of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY Jun). It is a great probiotic, very healthy and tasty. But the main problem is that it is very temperature sensitive and needs to be kept in the refrigerator. And I have to ship a test batch from Madrid to Lisbon. Do you have any tips on how best to transport such goods abroad so that they don't spoil?

I'm in a similar situation, but I make kombucha. You've probably heard of it, right? I'm also looking for a way to keep kombucha fresh and prevent it from spoiling, and most importantly, how to control the shipping conditions. I found a good article on GetTransport's blog https://blog.gettransport.com/ about ensuring freshness in logistics. I think I'll at least ask for a consultation to see if they can help me. I plan to ship my kombucha from Barcelona to Madrid and Paris.
