Umno unlikely to work with PN in Sabah for GE15, says Bung Posted by: superadmin - 12-18-2021, 05:26 PM - Forum: Politics - No Replies KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Umno will not work with Perikatan Nasional (PN) in the next general election in line with the decision of the central leadership, said its chief, Bung Moktar Radin. “We will go along with the leadership in the peninsula — if they have decided (not to work with PN), we will follow,” Bung told reporters after the Kinabatangan Umno divisional delegates meeting in Sandakan today. When pressed why this was so considering they are part of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) ruling state coalition, the Sabah Umno chief said: “The autonomy for Sabah Umno was only for the state elections (last year)”. MMA president Dr Koh Kar Chai said there were 2,459 private centres already administering boosters nationwide, with an average of 130,000 jabs being given daily by them. While the programme was going on smoothly, he noted that there was a high “dropout” rate in appointments for these booster jabs. The former prime minister will certainly appeal to the Federal Court to overturn this decision, just as certainly as he will burnish his public image in his continuing appeal to the court of public opinion. But, for now, four judges are in total agreement about Najib’s guilt in the sordid affairs of SRC International Sdn Bhd – a former 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) subsidiary.
