I found that setting quiet hours and blocking notifications saved me from checking my phone too much. Also turned greyscale on—makes everything less tempting to tap on.

I'm using Ground-up construction loans now for my small home build, and it's working out well since I can draw the funds out as needed for each stage. It’s way better than trying to fund everything upfront. The key, for me, was finding a lender that didn’t make the process more stressful with tons of paperwork or weird conditions. Some are way more flexible than others, so it’s worth comparing.
