KUALA LUMPUR: Annuar Musa has unveiled the line-up of leaders for his Muafakat Nasional (MN) NGO, which includes politicians like Zuraida Kamaruddin, Umno’s Noh Omar, Bersatu’s Redzuan Yusof and PAS’ Zuhdi Marsuki.
Redzuan is a Bersatu Supreme Council member while Zuhdi is a member of PAS’ central committee. Noh, who was dropped by Umno in the recent general election, was the Selangor Umno chief but resigned after the party’s dismal performance at the polls.
Former Segamat MP Edmund Santhara Kumar and Pejuang’s Khairuddin Abu Hassan are also included in the line-up of 30 MN Supreme Council members.
The others include law lecturer Shamrahayu Aziz, controversial preacher Ridhuan Tee Abdullah and celebrities like singer Jamal Abdillah, actor Eizlan Yusoff and actress Ummi Nazeera.
Annuar, the MN president, said these leaders will be the “main movers” for the NGO.
