KUALA LUMPUR: The success of the government and Pakatan Harapan in reaching a consensus on the anti-hopping bill is proof that a general election is not needed to achieve stability in Malaysia, says a PAS MP.

Ahmad Fadhli Shaari (PAS-Pasir Mas) told the Dewan Rakyat this “historical, major decision” was achieved thanks to negotiations between the Ismail Sabri Yaakob-led government and PH.
