To manually migrate email from one Gmail account to another, log in to the Gmail account you want the emails to go to. Then you go to Settings > Accounts and Import > Import mail and contacts and then you punch in the original Gmail information and select what you want to import (either emails, contacts, or both). Gmail will then begin to pull that data and add it into the new account.

Although it is free, the inconvenience of the process will likely outweigh any benefits. It is slow (especially for large mailboxes) and could take days to finish moving and often loses stability (of the internet). In addition, the folder structure and filters, if they exist, may not transfer properly or fail entirely, leading to helplessly unorganized email.

We suggest using the MacSonik Gmail Email Backup Tool for this purpose. This tool is simple to use with a few steps for transferring emails from one Gmail account to another. The utility also backs up Gmail transfers Gmail emails with attachments. You can use this utility to migrate emails from one Gmail account to another as a novice or advanced user.
