Vidalista 60 is a prescription medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. This improved circulation enables men to achieve and maintain a firm erection suitable for sexual activity.

Vidalista is also prescribed for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)—a condition characterized by an enlarged prostate and associated with urinary difficulties. In some cases, Tadalafil (the active ingredient in Vidalista) is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) by relaxing blood vessels in the lungs to reduce blood pressure.

Vidalista comes in various strengths (e.g., 2.5 mg to 80 mg), with popular options including Vidalista 20, 40, and 60 mg. It is often referred to as “the weekend pill” due to its long-lasting effects—up to 36 hours—offering more flexibility for spontaneous sexual activity.
