You can migrate Office 365 to IMAP server either manually or professionally. For the manual method, you would configure the Office 365 and the IMAP account in an email client (for example Outlook or Thunderbird). With both email accounts added, you drag and drop email from Office 365 folders to the appropriate folders in the IMAP account.
