I recently came across grounding sheets, bedding products designed to help you connect with the earth's energy while sleeping. Proponents claim they can improve sleep, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall well-being. Although, I got enough information on choosegrounding.com about it but I’m curious if anyone here has tried them. Do they actually work, or is this just another wellness trend?

On a related note, grounding exercises like walking barefoot on grass, mindful breathing, or visualization are said to benefit mental health by reducing anxiety and improving focus. Have any of you incorporated grounding exercises into your daily routine? If so, which ones, and what results have you noticed?

I’d love to hear your experiences with either grounding sheets or exercises. Are these practices backed by science, or do their benefits rely on personal belief?
